- Personalized Consultation: If you’re unsure about which extensions to choose, we’re here to help! Before placing your order, we encourage you to schedule a consultation with us to discuss your desired look, the type of extensions that would best suit your style, and any specific needs you may have. This ensures that you’ll be completely satisfied with the final result.
- Advanced Notice Required: To guarantee that we can provide the exact extensions you want, we require a 2-3 week notice prior to your appointment. This allows us the necessary time to source and prepare the extensions specifically for you.
- Booking & Payment: A deposit for the hair extensions is required at the time of booking, along with your service booking fee. This deposit covers the cost of the extensions and ensures they are available for your appointment. Please note that because the extensions are custom-ordered, this deposit is non-refundable once the order has been placed.
- Quality Guaranteed: We partner with trusted suppliers to provide only the best quality extensions. Whether you choose natural shades or bold colors, you can trust that the extensions will blend seamlessly with your style and hold up beautifully over time.
- Consultation Process: If you would like a consultation, simply indicate this when booking your appointment, and we’ll arrange a time to discuss your options in detail. Together, we’ll find the perfect extensions to crown your beauty.

Our Policies
Booking Policy
- Appointments: All appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. A non-refundable deposit of £15 of the total service cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to your final bill.
- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email or text upon booking. Please review all details to ensure accuracy.
- Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. The deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
- No-Show: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
- Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel due to an emergency. We may offer a one-time exception depending on the circumstances.
Health & Safety Policy
- Clean Hair: Please have clean, product-free hair. This ensures the best results for your braids.
- Allergies: Please inform us of any allergies or scalp sensitivities before your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your needs
Payment Policy
- Accepted Payments: We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments
- Final Payment: The remaining balance after your deposit is due at the end of your service. Tips are appreciated but not required.

- Respect: We strive to create a peaceful environment. Please respect our time and space, and avoid bringing unnecessary distractions to your appointment.
